This period of time will undoubtedly stand out as a significant moment in history. Many of us have lost our jobs and have been wearing our bathrobes well into the afternoon. Others have learned how to cook for the first time! Parents are unexpectedly homeschooling their children and couples are navigating uncomfortably close quarters. As the quarantine drags on, so do the trials of domestic harmony.
If there was ever a good time to capture a moment, that time is now. The events of today will surely be remembered by all of us as an era of newfound closeness with our loved ones as well as a test of our personal limitations.
I suspect that once this is all over, we will wistfully look back on this time and crave some degree of pause & isolation. Nostalgia is a funny thing!
