Kyndra and Jaems Wedding / by Beau Sniderman

It’s pretty hard to beat having a Wedding at a family home that already looks like a wedding venue. In this type of scenerio, capturing the day becomes a delight. The whole day lends itself to a relaxed event schedule and puts everyone involved at ease, making it that much easier to photograph people in their most natural states of joy.

Kyndra and Jaems are not what you would call newly weds, Their story goes back many years, and like so many weddings these days, it had to be put off for a long time. That made it all the better when they were finally able to have the wedding. The stress that can accompany such a production did not seem to be present at all; Instead, the sweetness and graditude of simply being together was pervasive throughout.

The venue was a total showcase of the beauty that can be found in Northern New Mexico. Expansive views and unpredictable weather punctuated this day when storm clouds rolled in. I don’t think I ever photographed a couple with a backdrop of thunderstorms and it did not disapoint. It only seemed to make things that much sunnier for all of the guests.
